- From Aloevera leaves, we can extract aloevera pulp, which is usually in a semi liquid pulp form. In international market, the transportation of aloevera pulp is difficult. Moreover, in natural circumstances, this pulp have shelf life of 24 hours, after which, there is a possibility of bacterial contamination.
- To increase the shelf life, various preservatives are used. As a result of those preservatives, the shelf life can be increased till 1 year.
- On the other hand, aloevera dry powder is a better form of aloevera, when it comes to international trade.
- It can be a spray dried powder or freez dried powder. In those two, freez dried powder is considered of supreme quality, in which the nutritional qualities of aloevera remains intact.
- We produce Aloevera freez dried powder using Liophilizer technique. No additives or preservatives are used in this process. Since, so additives or preservation are used in the process, the quality of the product is of supreme grade. Moreover, this freez dried aloevera powder have a shelf life of 5 years if stored in a cool place.
